The fashion industry has a broad range of careers to explore. First, you need to read and understand how the fashion industry is organized. Once you have an understanding of the organization of the apparel industry, you can narrow down the area you would like to work in based on your own likes, aptitudes and talents.

Create a concept map of the organization of the fashion industry and where you might fit into the relationship. A concept map is a diagram showing the relationships among concepts.
